pixel-08 connected to autophone-1 entered an error state 2016-12-24 where adb reports it as offline.

This required a reboot when it happened to pixel-07. One hint I found online is that maybe adb has switched to wifi instead of usb. I'll try to figure out a remote fix since this is appearing to be fairly common. If we still have it down next week and anyone is working maybe we can fix it then or we can wait until January 2.
