There are a bunch of reftests in layout/reftests/position-dynamic-changes/ that are marked random-if(webrender), because they were failing randomly. However the randomness might have been fixed. I did a try push with some of the random-if(webrender) things removed, and the try push is looking pretty green [1]. So I'm doing a second one with all the random-if's removed [2].

That second try push is pretty green too. I'm going to remove the random-if(webrender) annotations on those tests.

Mark the position-dynamic-changes non-random as they seem to be passing fine now. r=gfx?
