When watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pe2wRL59zD4, I found AV is not sync. 
I use the latest nightly on my Pixel with Android 7.1.1.

Watched the video with today's nightly on both Nexus 5/4.4.2 and Nexus 6/7.0 and didn't notice out-of-sync A/V. Will visit you later and see what it looks like.

I hit this problem again when I was on the train back home yesterday. It seems that network state can affect this problem since when I saw this problem, the resolution of video is quite low. Another problem is when I moved from a bad environment (video stopped playing and audio still played) to a good environment which could get better signal, video still didn't play for several minutes until I paused and re-played it again. 

I am going to try to find easier STR.

This is a P1 bug without an assignee.
