Steps to reproduce:

Preferences - Browser - Internet Search:
Changed "Search using:" from DuckDuckGo to Google
AND
in "Manage Search Engines" dragged Google to the top
AND
restarted Seamonkey


Actual results:

DuckDuckGo (new default set by SM 2.46)
is still the default search engine when typing in location bar and enter


Expected results:

Search by Google when typing in location bar and enter
