Although that when hovering a link with RTL content it displays good in the status bar, when hovering out it is displayed for few more moments but without its direction set.
Steps to reproduce:
Hover a link on Wikipedia, watch the status bar, than move the mouse pointer away from the link and keep watching the status bar.
