STR: 1. Open settings -> Privacy. 2. The checkbox next to "Clear private data on exit" should be empty, indicating that none of the sub-options have been selected. 3. Open the "Clear private data on exit" dialogue, check all items and exit the dialogue via "Set". The global check box in the Privacy menu should now appear checked. 4. Open the dialogue again and scroll - for maximum effect use the phone in landscape mode. Observe that some checkboxes in previously invisible parts of the list that you checked in step 4 are now appearing unchecked. If you repeatedly scroll up and down, it is also possible that the items that are erroneously showing as unchecked are changing. 6. Click on any item that is showing unchecked and notice that it animates, but stays unchecked. This seems to indicate the internally, the checked/unchecked state is successfully loaded from the shared preferences, but for some reason all checkboxes that initially are off-screen are drawn in the unchecked state once they become visible. The Settings -> Clear private data menu is similarly affected.
I can't reproduce this bug on Nightly using Pixel Android7.1.2 and Nexus 5 Android 6.0.1 . Jing Wei, could you please help check?

not reproducing with my Sansumg S7 edge either (Android 7.0), and more like a P3 to me.
