STR_1:
1. Open http://example.org/
2. Open console, execute "B=document.body;console.log({a:B,b:B,c:B})"
3. Click on logged object to open object inspector
4. Hover mouse over "<body>" in text "c:<body>"
5. Quickly (but not too fast) move mouse vertically to the web page

AR:  Element highlight stays on page
ER:  No element highlight

Note:
