1327035 - Can't restore recently closed window if I closed all tabs via Ctrl+W

STR_1:
1. Open new Firefox window (Ctrl+N)
2. Open "example.org" in the 1st tab, "ya.ru" in the 2nd tab, "google.com" in the 3rd tab
3. Switch to the last tab. Quickly press Ctrl+W three times to close all tabs

AR:  The window closed in Step 3 isn't saved in history ("Recently Closed Windows")
ER:  The window closed in Step 3 should be saved in history, because it's a recently closed window


STR_2:  (reference of good behavior)
1. Open new Firefox window (Ctrl+N)
2. Open "example.org" in the 1st tab, "ya.ru" in the 2nd tab, "google.com" in the 3rd tab (last)
3. Switch to the last tab. Press Ctrl+W, wait 5 seconds. Press Ctrl+W, wait 5 seconds. Press Ctrl+W.

AR:  The window closed in Step 3 is saved in history, just as expected


I think "session restore" is the best component for now
