1. Open url   data::,<script>S="T_";for(i=0;i<9;i++)S+=S;location.href="data:,"+S+"end"</script>
2. Open new tab, type "% data:,T_T_T_T_T_" in urlbar
3. Press Down key to select the 1st suggestion

AR:  Text in urlbar is scrolled to beginning, then to the end. That causes text twitching
ER:  Text in urlbar should appear either scrolled to beginning, or to end. No twitching

cannot reproduce
