when composing mail, I sometimes cannot modify/add the email address; it's
happening only with 0.9.9, not 0.9.8

I don't see why this bug is a duplicate of bug 130518.
That bug is about a crash when managing CRL.  Neither
crash nor CRL is mentioned in this bug.

They are not the same, the only thing in common is that both appear in 0.9.9 but
not in 0.9.8.
