STR_1:
1. Open new window
2. Open new tab, type "asdf" in urlbar
3. Open new tab, type "zxcv" in urlbar
4. Close 1st tab, close 1st tab.
5. Press Ctrl+Shift+T several times with 1 second intervals

AR:  Browser is unable to restore tabs 
ER:  After 1st Ctrl+Shift+T about:newtab tab (Step 2) should be restored.
     After 2nd Ctrl+Shift+T homepage tab (Step 1) should be restored

This totally could happen with my automatic bug filing, but this is completely different mechanism, and also: that bug is unclear and unconfirmed (needs investigation), while this is clear enough.
