1. Open bug 1257815
2. Click Menu -> View -> Page Style -> No style
3. Open devtools -> inspector, hover mouse over "<body>" node in markup

AR:  Only area 100% x 150px at the top is highlighted
ER:  Highlight should work in a normal way

2. Click Menu -> View -> Page Style -> No style
3. Open devtools, enable "Measure a portion of the page", hover mouse over the center of the page

AR:  Floating tooltip with numbers appears at the top-left of the page.
ER:  Floating tooltip should follow mouse pointer
