1. Move history toolbarbutton to menu bar
2. Right-click Australis menu button, disable "menu bar" option
3. Press F10 to show menu bar
4. Click history toolbarbutton

AR:  Menu bar collapses after 'mousedown' in Step 4, so history panel doesn't appear
ER:  History panel should appear. Reference: button "File" placed in menu bar
