1327617 - Separator between star button and bookmarks dropmarker disappears when I cancel drag-n-drop of bookmark

STR_1:
1. Open bookmarks sidebar
2. Open bookmarks panel
3. Drag any bookmark from bookmarks panel to bookmarks sidebar
4. Press Escape to cancel drag-and-drop
5. Release left mouse button

AR:  There's no separator between star button and dropmarker in bookmarks button
ER:  There should be a separator between said buttons


STR_2:
1. Open about:preferences
2. Open bookmarks panel
3. Drag any bookmark from bookmarks panel to the center of the page
4. Press Escape to cancel drag-and-drop
5. Release left mouse button

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0

I can reproduce with STR2, not with STR1, minor glitch.

Since 57, the UI has been redesigned and the star & bookmarks panel are different items now.
