1327690 - Browser toolbox doesn't start if I cancel update dialog (UAC)

STR_1:
0. Install Nightly 49, ID 20160526082509 (or later, but not up-to-date Nightly)
   Open Australis menu -> (?) -> about Nightly. Click "Check for updates". Close Nightly
 (Now it will always ask for update when you launch it 1st time per session, i.e. every day)
1. Launch Nightly. If it asks for update (UAC dialog), click "No", close Nightly and repeat this step
2. Open browser toolbox
3. In UAC dialog click "No" in order not to install updates.
4.(bonus) Close browser toolbox, restart Nightly and go to Step 2

AR:  After Step 3 browser toolbox launches with error
ER:  Browser toolbox should be fully functional

In other words:  browser toolbox always breaks when I open it the 1st time per "session"

This is likely fixed by work done in Bug 1120863 - Browser toolbox starts blank and doesn't function with pending updates
Feel free to reopen if you are still experiencing this issue.
