STR_1:
1. Open Inspector, switch to "animation" tab in sidebar, click inside animation tab
2. Switch to "rules", "computed" or "fonts" tab in sidebar

AR:  Filter field isn't focused
ER:  Filter field should be focused


Bug 1238133 - now input field gets focused if in the last tab I clicked/focused something
