Everybody who ever used the browser, must've seen this bug in UI. It happens very often.

STR_1:  (approximate)
1. Launch Firefox on a loaded system (e.g. open 20 tabs with http://www.rp-online.de/ on one profile,
   and launch another profile)
2.(not necessary) Open many tabs to cause overflow in tabs toolbar
3. Right-click in urlbar. Right-click on the page. Right-click on tab. Click on "All tabs" dropmarker

AR:  Sometimes menu popups appear very laggy, at first they don't display anything inside. Only shadow
ER:  Shadow should appear simultaneously with the rest of content

Note:
 Or probably it's not necessary for system to be under heavy load... Maybe it's enough to simply
 launch a new profile, and for several seconds (when it's very laggy) try several context menus.
 This is exactly what I did to obtain "screenshot 1".
