AR:  SVG elements display deformed curved border (border-radius) for outline
ER:  Either X or Y
 X) No border radius for outline ever, because it's never displayed in other cases
 Y) Curved part of the border shouldn't look so very broken

This is reproducible since bug 778654. Pushlog:

I can reproduce it on Mac OS X 10.10 with FF Nightly 54.0a1 (2017-01-31).
