STR_1:
1. Open  chrome://global/skin/media/throbber.png in a new tab, set zoom level in that tab to 300%
2. Open  chrome://global/skin/media/stalled.png  in a new tab, set zoom level in that tab to 300%
3. In both tabs, open devtools -> style editor, add new style:   *{background-color:black!important;}

AR:
 In the 2nd image you can see that near the right circle (one of 8 circles) there's a small white dot
 which is always white, even if the circle is gray/semi-transparent.
 Actually in both images you can see 4 small irrelevant small dots placed at the
 top, left, right and bottom sides of image.
 
ER:  Either X or Y
 X) No irrelevant small dots near the circles (in both images)
 Y) At least there should be no shiny white dot in the second image
