From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020320
BuildID: 20020320
This started up last week, and I've seen it on my home and work computers.
Whenever I open my sidebar, even without the history tab in it selected, mozilla
just goes ahead and browses to whatever is on the top of my history list. This
is very annoying.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to an url
2.open the sidebar
Actual Results: mozilla browses to the top item on the history list
Expected Results: mozilla should do no such thing. In fact, sometimes the
page keeps on going back to the history web page even when the sidebar is closed!
