This is a regression. Nightly 2012-09-30 is unaffected, Nightly 2016-05-26 is affected

I have tested your issue on latest FF release (50.1.0) and latest Nightly build and could not reproduce it. I have looked into the provided links and nothing seems blurry from my end. Also I've looked into the test case, but I'm able to see that the image is broken and nothing is blurry.
 
Can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results ? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E).

I don't see any tripadvisor advertisements on the given URLs.  The ads I get looks local
for my region - I'm guessing the ads you get depends on the geo location.

Text "Hilton Garden Inn Key" does look very blurry to me. It's more blurry than on ESR 45.6.0

I've tried again to reproduce the issue on the reported platform on latest Nightly, but still can't see it. Given the fact that the issue seems to be related to something that is specific to your setup, could you please try to find a regression range using Mozregression tool?
