STR_1:
1. Open new tab, navigate to url   data:,asdf
2. Open findbar (Ctrl+F)
3. Type "asdf" in findbar, then delete all text via Ctrl+BackSpace

AR:
 Step 2 - findbar is empty, next/previous buttons are inactive
 Step 3 - findbar is empty, next/previous buttons are active
ER:
 Step 3 - next/previous buttons should be inactive

This is regression from bug 935521. Regression range:
