When clicking a link within a document - <a href="#SPEC">spec</a> - the browser
goes to the indicated tag and then goes back to the place where the link is
placed on the document
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.abc.se/~gw/_alla.html
2.click any link at document top
3.
Actual Results: browser moves to wanted tag and then mvoes back to the place in
the document where the link was clicked
Expected Results: browser should stay in the document represented by the
clicked link
The same thing happens in Linux 20020319

This just got fixed on the 20th in the evening.
