This problem may be only Japan region. Reproducible: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure set master password. 2. Restart Browser. 3a-1. Search "Facebook" with Google.co.jp in ja locale. 3a-2. Click "Facebookにログイン" link. OR 3b-1. Click direct link https://ja-jp.facebook.com/login/ . Actual Results: Master password dialog would not pop up Expected Results: Master password dialog should pop up
