User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161208153507 Steps to reproduce: This would go under tech evangelism. I went to https://www.yellowcaboffairfax.com/OnlineReservations.aspx to try to schedule a trip. Other taxi companies in the area use the same online reservation system with the same bug. Actual results: The site wouldn't let me "view summary" or finish scheduling a trip. Expected results: The site should allow users to schedule a trip. I am disabled, and don't have accessible public transportation, and can't use phones, so I depend on taxis when I have to travel, such as to doctor's appointments. I am disabled and have to use a number of accessibility tools to use Firefox. It's possible that the reservation system works with baseline Firefox, but it's not like I can try baseline Firefox to check.

Thanks for the report. It appears this site isn't working well regardless of the browser used. In Firefox I'm seeing the console error: TypeError: pkupAddr is null In Safari and Chrome we get similar messages. It doesn't appear to validate the pickup address well. For example, this doesn't validate (can't view summary): 4500 Patriot Cir Fairfax, VA 22030 But this does validate: 4500 Patriot Cir, Fairfax, VA 22030 When I get to the view summary page, it says "We apologize but if you want to book a trip, please call us" anyway. Kind of a let down. It doesn't appear to be a web compatibility issue, as it's happening in all browsers. MarjaE, please let me know if this helps or if I missed anything.
Thanks. I've tried this on Firefox and Safari, and can't get to the "view summary" page on either, no error message, just doesn't show any summary.
MarjaE, the error message I'm getting is in the javascript console. On the final step to click "View Summary" there is no message either. Have you tried to enter addresses with commas after the street names? Also, it's possible that this entire site doesn't work like we expect it to. As when I do get through to the end, it suggests to call them anyway.

"Have you tried to enter addresses with commas after the street names?" Since I got error messages for including city, state, zip code, I omitted them. I didn't get any error messages for omitting them. "As when I do get through to the end, it suggests to call them anyway." Whether people are autistic, or deaf, or have hearing impairments, or have hyperacusis, or some combination, there are a lot of reasons some of us can't use phones, and can't register for relay services. Relying on phones is a (very widespread and institutionalized) accessibility problem, which goes beyond Firefox.
