I visited the website: https://medium.freecodecamp.com/a-beginners-very-bumpy-journey-through-the-world-of-open-source-4d108d540b39#.pu1jxhiiw on my desktop. Later, when it got synced to Firefox iOS, it showed the icon as displayed in the screenshot.
Medium's favicon can be seen here: https://medium.com/
Freecodecamp's favicon can be seen here: https://www.freecodecamp.com/

In the example screenshot, freecodecamp's favicon is shown above medium's URL in the top site cell.
Priority: -- → P3
Now that we use Provider name from the metadata parser this correctly shows the freecodecamp title instead of medium. (see screenshot)
