See attached screenshot. I visited the website: https://medium.freecodecamp.com/a-beginners-very-bumpy-journey-through-the-world-of-open-source-4d108d540b39#.pu1jxhiiw on my desktop. Later, when it got synced to Firefox iOS, it showed the icon as displayed in the screenshot.

Medium's favicon can be seen here: https://medium.com/ Freecodecamp's favicon can be seen here: https://www.freecodecamp.com/ In the example screenshot, freecodecamp's favicon is shown above medium's URL in the top site cell.

Now that we use Provider name from the metadata parser this correctly shows the freecodecamp title instead of medium. (see screenshot)
