There is a "bugs" line in the changeset metadata on pages like https://hg.mozilla.org/users/gszorc_mozilla.com/servo-linear4/rev/7d5ae7de6a89.
For commit messages that come from GitHub, it should link to GitHub issues, not Bugzilla bugs. This should use the same logic that was added in bug 1325782 to distinguish between Bugzilla bugs and GitHub issues.

FWIW, this is likely a low priority, as the links in the commit message itself work. We know from hyperlinking the full commit message that metadata extraction works. A dedicated link with links in the changeset metadata is purely cosmetic and is less important than other Servo in m-c work.
