As a user, I'd like bookmark changes that I made on my Firefox for android to be reflected on my other Firefox Sync enabled devices

Grisha has given us lots of help in code review to prevent incorrect database access that might cause sync broken.

Also these new bookmark managements didn't change database schema, nor modify sync behavior. So I think the sync shouldn't be broken because of the new features.

I wouldn't say it will be broken, but we certainly need to land improvements described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1343985#c3 (see that thread for details of how sync might break). Bookmark management didn't introduce the need for these changes, but it certainly makes the "it broke" case much worse when you consider that scope of possible changes is much greater now.
