bugzilla needs you to log in twice to submit a bug report

You have to login, submit the bug report, and then login again
to actually get it to go through.
it's very annoying
Other than that bug-reporting is quite painless.
I know that you developer types probably think that's
not entirely a good thing...

Are you behind a retating proxy server of some sort, or do you have cookies
disabled?

more than 1 week, no response from reporter. Assuming cookies off or rotating
proxy.
