This has happened before if the nodes were restarted (bug 1291218), though in this case I don't know of any recent restart.

Steps to fix:
* For each of stage/prod, open the CloudAMQP addons page (eg via the dashboard link)
* Switch to the "Plugins" tab
* At the bottom of the page, re-enter the New Relic licence key and press "enable"

Data is now reporting to New Relic.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
