It's a Java applet.  Over to OJI.  Hangs linux 2002-03-22 as well.

Now that bug seems to be fixed for me.
I'm using the current version of Moz, RC2 on winXP.
First I deinstalled the Java Version JRE 1.3.1_02, got the "Java Plug-in 
Early Access Version for Windows XP", that is J2RE SE v1.4.0 from Sun
(http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html) and installed this.

After restarting Mozilla and deleting an old java-plugin file from the Moz
plugin directory, the site is loading and working with Mozilla.

This is another "fphover" bug. fphover is an applet used to display some link I
think.

Note bug 111944 is to do with hangs on windows and bug 57372 is to do with
crashes on linux.
