From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020313 BuildID: 0000000000 Printing this website in Linux or Win98 using version 0.9.9 results in missing chunks of information from the site. Other browsers print this page with no errors. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Access the website 2.Choose page setup - set to shrink to fit 3.Print page Actual Results: Print results were not complete. Two sections of the site were not printed. Blank and partial blank pages were printed instead. Expected Results: Printed the whole webpage.
When I print it, I have a blank first page. That's a bug. But the rest of the document prints for me. Reporter, when you print the document, what parts are missing? Thanks for using Bugzilla.

I received e-mail from the reporter, and with her permission, post it here. "I visited the site http://www.virginia.edu/registrar/calendar.html again tonight. I get the following print results: Page 1 - The Office of the Registrar banner prints alone - the rest of the page is blank. Page 2 - Academic Calendar Through Spring Semester 2002 - (the line Examinations Friday May 3 - Fridau May 10) Page 3, 4, 5 Blanks Page 6 Spring recess Saturday, March 6 - Sunday, March 14 through to the end of the page. Interesting note - when I printed this same page before the results were the same except page 6 included Reading Holiday - Saturday, October 11 - Tuesday, October 14 or through to the end. Thanks for checking into this."
It worksforme, except as described in comment 2, with Build ID: 2002032203 (0.9.9+) Windows 98. It looks like the mostly blank first page is a bug on all platforms, but the other missing parts of the page may be a bug that only affects non-Windows platforms. Reporter, could you try this problem again on a new build? You can download an updated nightly build from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest Running a nightly build can be a little risky. Please back up your Mozilla data first, including your bookmarks.

Dup of 130939 or 131979
Assignee: rods → karnaze
The same problem that bug#131979 has. The "table" element cannot have the height attribute but the cells "<td>" can have the height attribute as per www.w3c.com. May be this should go to Evangelism.. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 131979 ***

height is legal in quirks mode on a table. I don't believe that this is an exact dup of bug 131979, but it will be fixed with the patch in bug 123983.
