Today I noticed that treeherder wasn't updating job statuses for me. I had a few treeherder tabs open, and they stayed stuck on some grey build jobs. After waiting longer than I would have thought for the jobs to finish, I reloaded the page and saw my green and orange finished jobs. jgraham suggested opening on the dev console network panel to see if requests were being made, and I did that and did see one happen in the first minute I had it open. Sorry I don't have any more actionable info right now.
Out of curiosity, were these Treeherder tabs open last week, then you closed the browser over the weekend, then resumed the session today? I think some stuff might expire or something, which needs a reload to unexpire, if the page was originally loaded more than a few days ago.
Has this occurred recently?
