We've had a number of issues over the weekend with Autophone devices.

autophone-1:

pixel-02 is not showing on adb devices at all. It may need to be recharged the way pixel-01 was last week.

pixel-06, pixel-08 are showing as unknown and may need to be rebooted.

autophone-3:

nexus-6-2, nexus-6p-5, nexus-6p-8, nexus-6p-9, nexus-6p-10, nexus-6p-11 are disconnected and can not be recovered.

Van: I am concerned that the disconnected devices are all connected to the usb card's ports and that the card has failed. Can you check on the devices and see if all of the devices connected to the usb card's ports are the ones which are disconnected?

Let's review the other devices and see if they are physically ok as well.

pixel02 is dead. not receiving any power (tried wall outlet with different USB3 cable) and wont power on.
pixel0[6,8] have been rebooted and set to charging in USB options

nexus6-2 has been reseated. checking for spare USB3 card.

pixel02 is back. no spare USB3 card, :bc will order some.

As we discussed I ordered 3 identical cards as replacement/spares. I ended up ordering 3 for safety sake. As for a different vendor/model of card, I'll do that when I have time to look for a better candidate.

pixel-02 has been added back into production with a 78% charge and 4 pending jobs.

i've replaced nexus5-4 with nexus5-7.

Had to manually create the approprate wpa_supplicant.conf file for the ateam network for nexus-5-7.

nexus5-4 sent back via  FedEx tracking # 7209 4345 6848.

replaced nexus4-[56] with nexus-[89] due to expanding battery. will ewaste at earliest convenience. 

pixel[4,9] rebooted and USB config changed.

pixel1 no longer charges or boots up, will ship back to :bc.

replaced USB3 card on autophone3 and reenabled phones.

after draining the pixel, it decided to accept a charge. reinstalled pixel and moved cooling pad power to back of server to see if this was the root cause of any issues. 

:bc was able to confirm pixel01 is accessible.
