The Rs16 reftest only produces live.log and live-backing.log, but not the other artifacts as Rs1 thorugh Rs15. This is troublesome because it breaks the automation script we use to update reftest expectations for Stylo.
Shing, are the Rs16 reftests working now?

Rs16 works now, but now Rs9 fails intermittently. (e.g. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=4d1f6b107dd07b9d9a4840efc996a849e81deb0b)

We can lower the priority, it seems like a test infra issue which doesn't block Stylo release at all.
