File was added, but not that two new strings were also added to the file a few minutes ago.

Thanks. I added the extra strings, but the page is still not showing on the live server.

Not sure if it was explained in the past, but the entire file needs to be localized in order to be enabled the first time.
Currently there are two strings missing
https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/webdashboard/?locale=af
It doesn't count if they are marked as "obsolete" in the comment, and replaced by two new string: there's simply no way to manually go through about a thousand files and check case by case.

And to clarify even further: if a page is enabled, and we add 2 new strings (like in this case), it remains enabled.
When translations are added we add a tag to start displaying the new strings. The other way around is not supported by tools.
This bug is about adding the new page for translation, and it's fixed. As soon as the page is complete, it will be enabled and pushed to production. I can even go ahead and manually activate the file, but that's not the process for future cases.
