This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is report bp-b66588db-edc4-4734-be0a-c47f02170117. ============================================================= 3,292 crash reports in the past 6 months. All on Windows. All products and versions are affected.
There's another 5,283 crashes (in the past 6 months) in OnDeviceStateChanged which I suspect might be the same underlying issue.
