After uploading a file via the <input type="file" name="upload"> mechanism, the
file locks. You can no longer delete, move, or edit the file until you close
the browser. I first encountered this problem using the WebLogic server console
but I found an example which I listed inthe URL field which demonstrates the
problem as well. I was able to reproduce this problem 3 times, at 3 different
places.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://gemal.dk/browserspy/upload.html
2. click on browse to select a text file
3. click on upload
4. after the next page is done loading, try to delete the file

Actual Results: I was prompted as follows:

"Cannot delete filename. There has been a sharing ciolation. The source or
destination file may be in use."

Expected Results: After uploading the file. Mozilla should release its handle
on the uploaded file.

You can reproduce the problem by making an html page containing:

<input type="file" name="upload">
