[Description]:
When the scroll in the user/pass autocomplete dropdown is present (many entries), the scroll will truncate the warning message.
[Steps to Reproduce]:
1. Open a http login form, add as many entries as the form requires to have a vertical scroll. (using a smaller width user/pass field will make the issue a bit more visible).
[Actual Result]:
See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8830183 .
[Expected Result]:
IMHO, we should be aware when the scroll bar is present and make sure the wrapping takes in consideration the fact that the scroll bar is present.

Thanks Adrian for finding this!
This is an issue, but how many users have so many logins stored for a site that the scrollbar shows up? Because it is an edge case, and because Firefox 52 is already in beta, I think this is fix-optional for 52 and affected for 53. Matt, I'll let you decide if we should set the Firefox 53 tracking? flag.
