[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Create extensions.webextPermissionPrompts and set it to true.
3.Restart the browser.
4.Navigate to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/no-google-link-rewrite-webexts/?src=search
5.Click “+ Add to Firefox” button. 


[Expected Results]:
Permissions doorhanger text is correctly displayed.

- The webextension name is written individually on separate lines (all platforms): https://www.screencast.com/t/Q2bsVQIFHsA  
- The question mark is displayed separately on a different line (Windows): https://www.screencast.com/t/GLVR8ndK8rQA
