We started running additional mochitest-chrome tests on Android recently. Nothing is timing out, but some M(c) jobs are coming close to timeouts.
I noticed some xpcshell jobs are running long too.
I'd like to increase the number of chunks to reduce job run times.

It should be safe to remove some of the android-special-case max-run-times with the increased chunks.
