Tested on 58.0a1 with TP enabled. 

Video links do not appear to have videos on the page [I couldn't get them to work in non-tracking protection browsers, but I also don't read Italian.] Example:

I can still reproduce on http://video.corriere.it/gaffe-tg5-conduttrice-presenta-bignami-sbagliato-giovanni-morto-io-sono-luigi/aacd12ee-b3df-11e7-b73f-b517701f3ad7.

The website is going to show a short video advertisement before the actual video. If it can't show the ad (because of an adblock addon or because of tracking protection), the video won't start. Once the ad has been shown, you can play the video with TP on.
