Details

Viewing logs (eg upgrade log, slow query log) for the prod master instance works fine, just not the RO replica: User emorley is not authorized to download database log file arn:aws:rds:us-east-1:699292812394:db:treeherder-prod-ro (Service: AmazonRDS; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDenied; Request ID: 3e9691b8-e7c4-11e6-8c08-c97217495b6f). Please check with your administrator.

https://github.com/mozilla-platform-ops/devservices-aws/pull/36 fixes this, expanding AllowProdDBManage to cover all prod/stage instances. Checked in and deployed; please verify?
