>> Mozilla Team/Department Add-ons >> What kind of relationships are you looking to develop? This is to continue on the add-on relationship set up from bug 1295772 (for CRM/Email Marketing). It is the same project with Amy Tsay as the lead. Only instead of the larger marketing targeting - we want to use Cirrus to track direct interactions for our top priority add-ons (~100+). The same add-on Authors could talk to reviewers, developers, community team, program managers, and biz dev. It's very confusing right now to know the current state of the relationship - so we often duplicate the touch and don't know the last status when we are talking with folks. >> How will you nurture these relationships? We are identifying the must-migrate-or-it-will-be-bad add-ons and have several different outreach strategies. Sometimes it's around letting them know about bugs or results from testing, sometimes it's them asking our devs about how to migrate something, sometimes it is our PM talking to key partners who need to be moved over. This is a very high touch process. There will be office hours where folks can reach us - but for the must-migrate add-ons - we will be covering them through many channels. >> How will success be measured? There will be a list of add-ons. In the path to November we need to get them all to webextensions or known that they won't go. We will have metrics pulling information on the add-on for the e10s status and when it becomes a webextension. Success is all the key add-ons we know the status on (metrics team helping with that) and can say what happened between now and November to get to that state. >> What is the risk to not doing this? HUGE. It is massively confusing to track everyone touching add-ons and by November if we miss some key add-ons... it will impact retention. >> What's the timeline for launch? ASAP through December. then we can get rid of access for all but Amy, Jorge, Caitlin, and Kev. >> Any other info we should know? These are the users that need sales force accounts. Several likely have them through bug 1295772. We are hoping there Shell Escalante, Andrew McKay, Krupa Raj, Kumar McMillan, Matthew Wein, Andrew Swan, Bob Silverberg, Kris Maglione, Luca Greco, Kev Needham, Andreas Wagner, Philipp Kewish, Scott Devaney, Markus Jaritz, Caitlin Neiman, Jorge Villalobos

Thanks, Shell! Andrew is following up with you in the email thread with Michele to get next steps on training. I just added you to the LCM intake mtg on 2/13 so we can get more details and sync up in person. Thanks!
Please add Shane Caraveo to Shell's list, thanks!
