windows build 2002 03 26 03 steps to reproduce: 1. manage your bookmarks so that you have a non empty folder in the PT. 2. drag the location bar proxy icon towards this folder in the PT. (it opens as expected) 3. hover at the bottom of the menu (feedback line appears at the bottom) 4. hover *quickly* outside the menu Expected: feedback line should disappear Current: feedback line doesn't 5. drop (outside the menu) 6. close this folder 7. reopen the folder Expected: no feedback line Current: DND feedback line still present.
