Bug 1331484 revealed a possible mismatch between an issue (we can't play a video because WMF is missing) and the message shown to the user ("To improve video quality..."). In that particular case, a message starting with "To play video..." seems more appropriate.

So we should take the time to study all possible issues that Decoder Doctor monitors, and ensure that corresponding messages correctly match the reported issue.

After this, some messages may not be used anymore. We should determine if they would better be removed or kept -- in case they may be useful again soon enough, to avoid throwing away all the translation work already done on them.
