Hi, HG is now served over https://, and all http:// requests are redirected. As part of securing HG, let's clean up all of the http://hg.mozilla.org URLs in mozilla-central, and make them go directly to https:// instead.

https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/search?q=http://hg.mozilla.org

Given the wide variety of components affected by this request, I'm not sure where to file bugs for the results of that DXR search. But we should fix these all the same - HTTPS or bust, and all.

Unless I glanced over something, these are all comments, so this seems like a benign change.

I was initially concerned about modifying the files in mobile/android/thirdparty. But I see we've apparently changed these files already. So I don't see a problem.

Thank you for cleaning up these references.
