The bookmarks menu should have the same right click functionality as the
personal toolbar. You should be able to right click on a bookmark in the
bookmark menu and cut/copy/paste/delete/etc.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click bookmarks
2. Move down to a bookmark
3. Right click
Actual Results: No context menu
Expected Results: Context menu with functions
Would also be nice if you could drag bookmarks to a different location the same
way you can inside the manage bookmarks dialog.
