Steps to reproduce:

1. Killed Firefox process with some opened tabs.
2. Started Firefox again
3. Accidentally clicked on "cancel" button in "Restore session" dialog


Actual results:

about:home page opened without "Restore Previous Session" button


Expected results:

I think, it would be nice to have an opportunity to restore session after such missclick with "Restore Previous Session" button on about:home page. I'd like to see the same behaviour, like when reopening FF after normal termination with preference "When Firefox starts" set to "Show my home page". FF then opens about:home with "Restore Previous Session" button.

I reproduced issue in just-downloaded Nightly build for Linux (see screenshots). Maybe, some logs from me could be helpful?

FYI: The user can Back to return if the tab is not closed.

Instead of opening a new bug ticket, I would like to add that if the "Restore session" dialog tab is refreshed (F5), the previous session is unable to be restored.
