User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0 Build ID: 20170125094131 Steps to reproduce: Trying to play the animation on - http://nycigmarathon.com/ . Actual results: While it runs at 45+ fps consistently on Chrome, the fps periodically (every 600-800ms) drops to under 6fps on Firefox and the low frame rate stays for around 200ms. I see GC taking most of the time (66-70%) when the lag occurs. I could reproduce the issue on both my Ubuntu 16 and Win 10 machines running Firefox 50.0.1 (32bit) . I have significant available memory on both machines. Expected results: I expect atleast a 45fps+ frame rate

On a side note, I just realized that there's a memory leak in the page. Could have a direct bearing on the full gc.
